- the original product warranty card
After successful registration, customers will receive:

- the “Rasonic AROMUSE/G Aroma Mood Light Speaker Gift Confirmation Letter”
With the gift confirmation letter, customers can enjoy one year of warranty service for the gift, counted from the redemption date.
^ Redemption terms and conditions:
1/ For every one purchase of a specified Rasonic inverter window split air-conditioner*, customers can redeem one Rasonic AROMUSE/G Aroma Mood Light Speaker as a gift; for multiple purchases, redeem accordingly.
2/ Each redemption is calculated using a single eligible original receipt/invoice and product warranty card. Each receipt/invoice and product warranty card can only be registered once. If a customer repeatedly registers the same receipt/invoice and product warranty card, the eligibility will be automatically cancelled and no separate notification will be provided. Any incomplete, forged or damaged (including due to printing or any error), photocopied or reprinted receipts/invoices and product warranty cards will not be accepted.
3/ Present the eligible original receipt/invoice. The receipt/invoice must clearly state:
(i) merchant name
(ii) the specified Rasonic inverter window split air-conditioner model number* and product name
(iii) quantity of products
(iv) purchase date
(v) receipt/invoice number
4/ Present the original valid product warranty card (inside the packaging box), and ensure the product name and model number are filled in on the original product warranty card.
