4/ Contact any Pet Space clinic* to make an appointment. When booking, please state that you intend to use the “Pet Space Pet Consultation Service e-coupon”. Present the e-coupon upon arrival to redeem the service (valid for one year from the date of redemption).

^ “Panasonic Pet Health Promotion” Terms and Conditions:
1/ Customers who purchase one Panasonic Pet Multi-Feeder (CP-JNF04HW) from authorized retailers in the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region during the promotion period will receive one “Pet Space Pet Consultation Service e-coupon” (valued at HK$400). The same applies accordingly.
2/ Redemption is calculated based on a single valid receipt/invoice and Warranty Registration Card. Each receipt/invoice, Warranty Registration Card, and Petalife account can only be registered once. If a customer registers the same receipt/invoice and Warranty Registration Card repeatedly, the entry will be automatically disqualified without prior notice. Incomplete, forged, damaged (including printing or any errors), photocopied, or reprinted receipts/invoices and Warranty Registration Cards will not be accepted.
3/ The e-coupon is non-transferable, cannot be exchanged for cash, or sold. The e-coupon is valid for one year from the date of redemption. Any unused e-coupon after the expiry date will be void. It must be used on or before the expiry date. The final promotion end date is 31 March 2027.
4/ The uploaded image of the valid receipt/invoice must clearly show: the merchant’s name, the purchased Panasonic Pet Multi-Feeder model and product name, product quantity, purchase date, and receipt/invoice number.
5/ A clear image of the original Warranty Registration Card must be uploaded, with the product model, customer information, serial number, purchase date, and dealer information properly filled in.
6/ If the eligible product is returned or the transaction is cancelled and the e-coupon has not yet been used, the redemption eligibility will be automatically cancelled and cannot be reapplied for. If the e-coupon has already been used, partially used, or has expired, the customer must pay the original price of the service (HK$400) to the service provider, or will not be entitled to any refund or compensation for the service.
7/ Shun Hing Electric Works & Engineering Co., Ltd. shall not be liable for any loss, damage, or liability (including but not limited to direct, indirect, or consequential loss) arising from the redemption, exchange, use, or misuse of the above gift service. The Petalife App is only responsible for managing the redemption process and issuing the e-coupon. 1/ Definition of "Pet Space Pet Consultation Service": This e-coupon entitles the holder to a waiver of the fee for one (1) standard veterinary consultation only, valued at HK$400. Please note that this offer is only applicable to routine general consultations conducted during regular business hours. For consultations outside of these hours, including emergency visits, customers will be required to pay any additional consultation fees and surcharges as stipulated by the respective veterinary clinic. All veterinarian-recommended or prescribed medications, diagnostic tests, imaging services (e.g., X-rays, ultrasounds), surgical procedures, treatments, vaccinations, retail products, and any follow-up services are excluded from this promotion and will be charged separately.
2/ Applicable Pets: This promotion is only applicable to cats and dogs.
3/ Reservation Requirements: Appointments are required. Coupon holders must state their intention to use the "Panasonic Pet Health Promotion" at the time of booking. All appointments are subject to clinic availability.
4/ Veterinarian Assignment: Pet Space Group and its clinics reserve the right to assign any veterinarian on duty to provide the consultation service.

6/ Value and Transferability: The e-coupon cannot be redeemed for cash, resold, or transferred.
7/ Dispute Resolution: Any disputes regarding the Pet Space Pet Consultation Service are subject to the final decision of Pet Space Group. In case of inconsistency between the Chinese and English versions of these terms, the English version shall prevail.
8/ Validity: The e-coupon is valid for one year from the date of redemption. It must be used within this validity period or before the final redemption deadline, which is March 31, 2028. Any e-coupons presented after this expiry date will be invalid.
