1. Wooden door thickness: 50–90 mm
2. Lock center distance: 60 mm or 70 mm (if greater than 70 mm (e.g., 100 or 120 mm), an additional front-and-back steel plate is required, approx. $600.)
3. Gap between iron/metal gate and wooden door: Minimum 80 mm required.
4. Original lock body size: 240 mm × 24 mm; using other sizes will incur an extra fee of approx. $200.

*Metal surface processing fee: If the lock position involves a metal surface, an additional charge of $400 applies.

Basic installation only covers standard wooden doors in residential homes.  An additional fee of $400 will be charged for installations involving metal surfaces or iron doors. Any other extra installation costs will be collected on-site.

If the power supply is about to run out, there will be voice and mobile phone application prompts.  Please replace the AA battery or re-charge lithium battery as soon as possible.

The door can be opened with a spare mechanical key or use the USB port at the bottom of the lock body outside the door for emergency charging.

In an emergency, if the customer fails to provide the mechanical key and the technician can only unlock it by sabotage, an unlocking fee will be charged. In addition, the company will not be liable for any damage to the product.

Please check the Wifi password and ensure that the Wifi connected to the device is 2.4G spectrum, and it is recommended that the distance between the device, mobile phone, and router be within 1 meter.
