What is "Flexible Zone Heating"?
The toaster supports full-zone, outer-only, and inner-only heating. For example, when toasting a bagel, you can place the sliced sides facing inward and select inner-only heating to keep the crust chewy while making the inside crispy.

Can I adjust the toasting time and browning level myself?
Yes. The product offers 7 browning levels (from lightly golden to extra crispy) and supports custom heating settings, allowing you to freely adjust the browning level, heating mode, and time.

What should I do if the bread has just been taken out of the fridge?
The toaster features 3 practical modes: "Fresh " for room-temperature bread; "Defrost" specifically for chilled bread from the fridge, which automatically extends the toasting time; and "Reheat" to warm up cooled bread without burning it.

Why did my bread get stuck inside and fail to pop up after toasting?
This is usually because the bread thickness exceeds the limit of the slot. To ensure the bread pops up smoothly and heats evenly, please do not toast bread thicker than 2.5 cm.

Can I check the progress during toasting?
Yes. The product features a "Have a quick look" function, which allows to lift the bread to check its surface texture in real time without interrupting the toast cycle. You can also press "CANCEL" at any time to stop toasting.

Will the bread go hard if I cannot eat it immediately after toasting?
The product has a built-in auto keep-warm function that maintains the warmth for 30 minutes after toasting, ensuring it maintains the best taste when you eat it.

What ingredients can be heated on the warming rack?
By placing the warming rack over the slots, you can easily warm up croissants, buns, doughnuts, and other pastries or breads that cannot fit directly into the toasting slots.
