Redemption Details: For eligible customers, upon purchasing the designated Rasonic household appliances*, customers must personally bring the original valid receipt/invoice and the original warranty card to the following gift redemption centres for registration and redemption^.After successful registration, customers will receive one Rasonic 1.2L Steam Cooker (RSC-BW12), and a “Rasonic Steam Cooker Gift Redemption Confirmation Letter”. With the redemption confirmation letter, customers may enjoy one year of warranty service for the gift (counted from the redemption date).
^Redemption Method:
1/ For every designated Rasonic household appliance purchased*, customers are entitled to redeem one Rasonic 1.2L Steam Cooker (RSC-BW12), and so on.
2/ A single eligible receipt/invoice and warranty card will be used to calculate eligibility. Each receipt/invoice and warranty card may be registered only once. If a customer registers the same receipt/invoice and warranty card more than once, the eligibility will be automatically cancelled without further notice. Incomplete, forged or damaged (including due to printing errors or any mistakes), photocopied or reprinted receipts/invoices and warranty cards will not be accepted.
3/ Present the original eligible receipt/invoice. The receipt/invoice must clearly show:
(i) Merchant name
(ii) The purchased designated Rasonic model(s)* and product name
(iii) Quantity of product(s)
(iv) Purchase date
(v) Receipt/invoice number
4/ Present the original valid warranty card. The warranty card (inside the product box) must ensure the product name and model are filled in.
