The Steam function cannot be used independently. The Steam function can be used in conjunction with specific laundry programs. Please refer to user manual for details.
🙋 Why is my washing machine so noisy when it is running empty?
Noise during empty operation is normal. The machine’s performance should be evaluated based on how it operates during a wash cycle with laundry inside.
When the machine runs empty, the weight distribution of the inner drum components can become unbalanced, causing vibrations and noise.
Please place clothes into the machine and run a normal wash cycle. If the machine operates smoothly without unusual noise, it is functioning properly.
